Toothpaste Chemical Engineer
Mr. Wang works as our product engineer within the toothpaste market. The toothpaste that we formulate and produce every day, have been chemically engineered so that they fulfill their required function.
Homogenizing Paste Making Machine
This is usually the core equipment in a toothpaste production line. The tank of paste making machine is sealed and mixes materials in the vacuum state, which can efficiently remove bubbles during mixing. Ours runs stably and only needs a few workers nearby.
Quality Control
Each batch of ingredients will pass the quality inspection when they come into the factory. The test lab also randomly checks the final product.
Packaging and Shipment
After filling the tubes, they are inserted into open paperboard boxes. The boxes are cased and shipped to warehouses and overseas.

Production Process and Shipping
Weighing
- Our warehouse is always disinfected with UV disinfection lights.
- Solid materials and liquid materials are bagged and stacked in the warehouse, waiting for quality checks.
- All materials are weighed both manually and mechanically, and this ensures accuracy in the ingredients’ proportions.
Mixing
- Raw materials/ingredients are mixed together in the vacuum mixing vat.
- The temperature and humidity of the vat are watched closely.
- Our chemical engineers also check PH/viscosity, microorganisms, and salinity of the mix.
- The vat mixes a batch that is the equivalent of 20,000 (100g) tubes.
Filling the Tubes
- The tube first passes under a blower and a vacuum to ensure cleanliness.
- The opposite end of the capped tube is opened so the filling machine can load the paste.
- An optical device rotates the tube, then the tube is filled by a descending pump.
- The end is crimped and closed, and also gets a code stamped on it indicating the manufacture date.
Cargo Shipping
- After tubes are filled, they are inserted into open color paperboard boxes.
- One dozen boxes are shrink-wrapped and then 4 dozens are cased.
- Cases with or without pallets are loaded into the 20’GP or 40′ HIGH-CUBE containers for maritime transportation.
